I've elected to use left-hand-low, zero out PA3, a push basic right arm stroke, with angled hinging & PP3 contolling pace. Sometimes I do use HH for longer lag putts. My question is; When talking about the different stroke ranges for the different hinged putts (to keep good rythmn), is the reference to clubhead travel ... or hand travel?

Zero #3 Accumulator = Left Hand High.
Push Stroke (more common for Vertical Hinge Action)
The Reference for Rhythm regards Clubhead Travel. Note that Rhythm refers to the Ratio of Hand Travel:Clubhead Travel (i.e. 1:1, 1:2, 1:3). For example, if you limit Hand Travel to 12", then using Vertical Hinging the Clubhead would Travel 12". Angled Hinging would produce 18" of Travel and Horizontal Hinging would produce 24". (only guesstimates, which varies by Length of Club and the Amount of Accumulator Adjustment).
However, with Zero #3 Accumulator, Right Elbow Location doesn't Align the Hinge Pin for different Actions (Rhythms), it's like putting the gear shift in "Neutral". With Zero #3, Clubhead Travel distance AND Clubface geometry is the same as Angled Hinge Action, and this is true regardless of Elbow Location.

Daryl, on the AG DVD Left Hand Low was described in brevity so I had to make some assumptions. Is there a source of TGM info that describes/list the component variations for that putting style in more detail?

I'm sorry. I misinterpreted your use of the term "Left Hand Low". Are you asking about "Putting" with the Left Hand below the Right Hand?
Left Hand Low or High typically refers to the Amount of #3 Accumulator. With the Grip set "Low" in your Left Hand, the distance that the Clubhead Travels per degrees of Left Hand Turn and Roll increases, and the Higher the Grip is set, Clubhead Travel per degrees of Left Hand Turn and Roll is correspondingly reduced. Once determined, one would not normally change the amount of #3 Accumulator regardless of Club Selection.
