How much relationship is there between golf swing and baseball swing,I know a couple of ex baseballers who are very very long hitters in golf.I am of course looking at it through TGM eyes.Cheers in advance

Baseball swing can be adapted ti the gikf swing with one simple change that makes it very easy a 10-2-d grip where the left wrist is turned and cocks on the same line as the right wrist bend just look at tommy gainey

ground forces
The biggest thing that I have found since my journey into golf and baseball similarities began is the "TRUE" meaning of ground forces and the benefits it offers in golf.

I have only touched the surface of ground forces but can see its benefits already
