The Difficulty.
What, in the golf swing, do you think is the most physically difficult?

That may , on its face, seem like a dumb, trivial question. But, we, as humans, tend to avoid, compensate for, or not practice the hard stuff and do the easy stuff.

Understanding how the human body is the center focus of correctly working the golf club is big followed by unlearning bad technique. Good topic HB! Thanks!

A swinger transitioning to the elbow plane in early startdown.

Late random sweep or snap release - a good one, that is.

Many years of driving the knees and reverse "C" has made it difficult to not overdo my axis Tilt. When I feel that I have tilted my spine a lesser amount it feels like an over the top move to me.

Every player is different in my opinion but the majority of golfers cannot swing with a flat left wrist, every player the shows vastly different strengths and weaknesses in the swing somethings come easy other things come more difficult but everyone is different
