Also spent quite a bit of time with Plummer/Bennett of Stack & Tilt fame.

He knows Lynn's work and previously Tom Tomasello's stuff and Mac's and P and B and and and.........his is a very inquisitive mind. He's a sponge for information and very enthusiastic about helping people, golf wise and non.

I also learned from the article my problem is my glutes and abs don't fire. Oops, forgot, I don't think I have any of those!
