my question is this. At address with hands at fix and slight lean of body forward there is a straight line formed that extends from shoulder to clubhead. Is the straight line to be maintained throughout the stroke. I filmed my chipping session today and noticed that the straight line became angled slightly in the backstroke but at impact the straight line was intact. I thinking that this is adding an element of timing to the stroke that does not need to exist. Most of my misses are fat. I did not see breaking down, flipping, etc at impact or beyond. I am not bottoming out consistently and was wondering if what I saw on film could be part of my problem. Eager to hear your opinions.
