I have posted in the Basic motion section for the golf "technical" side of things but would appreciate a physio point of view.
I seem to shift my weight moving my upper body accoss to the side I am moving toward, rather than letting my hips slide accross and roatate.
Are there any specific exercises I could be doign to train myself to shift differently.
I am going through an egoscue programme to balance my posture and I was diagnosed with to high a hip tilt forward, which led to excessive curvature in my lower spine which all lead to a neck problem a few years ago. I am now well into pain free range of motion but my hips were really tight from the muscles holding this "tilt"
Any exercises to help my shift/range of motion would be greatly appreciated

Probably physically easier, more relevant and more beneficial to you, to just follow the MacDonald pivot drills mentioned in another thread.
