Yoda,

icon_eek.gifWOW! Just followed your directions for finding the exact tilt to set up with in order to trace the plane line with the right shoulder! Is the "normal" reaction one of "I should be tilted THAT MUCH with a driver!! That sure is how I felt. Perhaps that's the common reaction for one who's been too "upright". icon_smile.gif

I actually shouldn't have been that surprised. As I've tried to be more conscious of that right shoulder thrust (particularly with Trevino in mind), I've felt more "tilted", particularly through impact.

Hank,

See my post tonight on the Trevino On Plane Right Shoulder. Get that Shoulder'back and down (On Plane) at Fix, and you'll have plenty of Right Arm leftthrough Impact. Your Flat Left Wrist will thank you for it!

Interesting point about the above drill...As you take your Right Shoulder'rifle barrel' through Impact into the Follow-Through, stop with the 'riflebarrel' level to ground. If you're still On Plane, it will also be parallel tothe Plane Line.

As Brian noted above, the Rotated Shoulder Turn is pretty much a no-go in yourfull Strokes because of its necessary Shiftless Hip Turn (10-14-C). But, youcan use the same drill to practice your normal 10-13-D On Plane Shoulder TurnDownstroke with its Weight Shift and Axis Tilt.
