For me the choice between the two is simple, Lynn who when standing next to him I see his shoulders or Jeff who when standing next to, I see eye to eye.
Jeff would be my model.
The vids are great IMO, heck there are vids on this site for everyone. The concepts to practical applications really makes it easy to understand. Now if I could ONLY apply them.
