while watching the yoda/hull video sections, i have a question that i am confused about. he makes one point of a 'throw' but another where you drag the left arm during the downstroke. would the downswing waggle be the first part to the downstroke, and then when around waist high the 'throw'part starts? just a bit confused as when swinging i wouldn't think the throw comes into play. thanks for any clarification.
The 'Throw' as termed by TGM is what triggers the Power Package to be released. As Swingers use Standard Wrist Action, the left wrist is turned on the backswing so the left palm 'rests' or is facing the plane. As Jeff Hull was swinging, his 'Throw' or Trigger Type is to keep his right palm facing 'up' towards the plane whilst his left palm stays down against the plane. CF will then square the clubface for impact!
The pull (Logitudnal Acceleration) of the clubshaft is how a swinger will Load the Lag....
You are on track but sometimes these are easy to confuse!
