Right arm motion somebody asked? Use 10-3-A for Hitting 10-3-B for Swinging (Trigger Hitting with 10-20-B and Swinging with a combination of 10-20-B and 10-20-D (Muscles of both Forearms)). I believe Lynn did something with dowels for right forearm tracing!!! Ya gotta study 5-0 and 2-J-3. Active or passive that right forearm has to trace the delivery line.
