Tim,
Welcome to the forum.

The only backstroke requirement I am aware of is that:
Per 2-F, the clubshaft remains on plane - meaning, the shaft is always pointing at the plane line unless it is parallel to the plane line.

However, if you study the pivot components, specifically 7-12 to 7-17, you may find some items that help you out.

Tim,

Sorry, no pictures, but here's the text:

Requested Backstroke Information:

1. Establish your Impact Hand Location and Alignments: Hands visually over your Left Foot. Left Wrist Flat, Level and Vertical. Right Forearm on a Turned Shoulder Plane.

2. Keep your Head centered between your Feet and Stationary.

3, Take your Hands (and the Club) up the Plane of the Right Forearm to the Top.

Downstroke Bonus Response:

1. Return to your Impact Hand Location and Alignments. Reminders: Hands visually over your Left Foot. Left Wrist Flat, Level and Vertical. Right Forearm On Plane.

2. Follow-Through to Both Arms Straight.

3. Finish.

Instructions for use:

1. Schedule Tee Time at favorite (or most convenient) Golf Course.

2. Repeat 36 times over 18 holes.

3. Learn to Putt.
