If any of you have had a hip labrum repaired, I would appreciate hearing of your experience.
Thanks,

The warranties are now good for 15 years, Gerry, and you are in good shape but can't they do a "minimally invasive" thingy?

As for a non-Pivot strike of the golf-ball, was it Percy Boomer who shot par with one leg

More later.

Two years later, some shots (medical and adult beverage type) and improved TGM motion, the hip is much less trouble than it used to be.
Less time on the range and more time doing basic motion is also very important.

77 yesterday in a small club tourney and an 8 man team event later today.
Sometimes I carry a Sunday bag. Sometimes I push a trolley. I nearly always remember my flying wedges, flat left wrist and bent right wrist.
Thanks guys.

Get it fixed over the winter is my advice. With MN winters you will have plenty of recoup time and little to no missed golf!
Glad you are playing.
This TGM stuff sure beats that square to square stuff your cousin tried to teach me yrs at NCC!

Hah!!
He hasn't touched that stuff for decades, I don't believe. Indeed, I took some lessons from him 15 or more years ago and he talked of Homer Kelley. I was such a dolt I didn't follow up and go down that road. My first score after a few lessons though, was a 69. Over the years I drifted away.
I am one lucky duck to have run into KevCarter who introduced me to Yoda. My golf life is joyful.
