It's about the mind. In effect, we all have to become our own little
psychologists. Detecting where our deprevities lay, and applying the proper
process. One way of doing it, focuses on the mind body connection.
And yet others focus on the mind CLUB connection, circumventing the
control of body and replacing it with simply an intent.

It is my belief that a continual focus on body movements will only detract
from a persons swing. Understanding how that movement ties into the overall
objective is extreamly important. Once that is understood, then all one
needs to do is focus on the objective and inheritly the correct body movement
will follow.
